Noise issue.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The cleanliness of the hostel was mind-blowing, from the rooms to the shared areas. The Wi-Fi was top-notch and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop terrace had a jaw-dropping view and was equipped with tables and chairs. The location was superb, right in the heart of the Old Town. And don't forget the delicious falafel just around the corner!

We had an incredible stay at the New Citadel Hostel. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet side street in the heart of the city. The rooftop offered an absolutely breathtaking panoramic view, especially during sunrise and sunset. The staff, particularly Richard, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. From lending me a charger when mine broke to even taking me to a local shop to fix my glasses, they were always ready to help. The shared bathroom on the third floor was new and well-maintained, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. it was a cozy and welcoming place to stay.

Great location, very close to popular landmarks and tucked away in a quiet area. The rooftop had amazing views and was a perfect spot for sunrise photos. The staff, especially Richard, was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The room lacked windows and storage space, making it difficult to keep belongings organized. The bedding was not up to standard, with only a thin blanket provided and no extra sheets for comfort.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the central location and easy access to major sights.
